Mike was a key figure in my recent body metamorphoses.  Since Jan. 2012 I have lost over 100 lbs through diet and exercise.  Now that I am just trying to maintain my weight and create lean muscle, Mike has me setup on a daily routine of weight lifting and cardio activity to help me achieve these goals.  He was great to work with, and was able to answer all of my questions.  Learning the basics of correct form, and proper nutrition really goes a long way.  He put me on to trying INSANITY, which was another great addition to my workout regime as I can incorporate many of those workouts daily.
